Senator Cornyn has been closely following the development of PSP and requested a visit to Midland to learn more about the Permian Basin and specifically the five focus areas for PSP. The PSP and Senator Cornyn hosted a roundtable on August 19th that included Meghan O’Sullivan, TxDOT Chairman Bugg, Secretary Evans and Senator Cornyn. The discussion focused on the economic success, unique infrastructure and affordability challenges in the Permian Basin region and issues including transportation, education, health care, housing, and workforce training.
