As part of the PSP’s mission to provide affordable housing to the Permian Basin, the PSP, in partnership with the communities of Artesia, Carlsbad and Loving, hosted a Housing Expo in Carlsbad, New Mexico on September 12.

More than 100 developers and stakeholders attended the meeting to discuss the current housing shortage, the lack of incentives for developers to build in these communities, and the land and infrastructure opportunities currently available in the cities of Eddy County.
