ProPetro joins as 28th Member

The Permian Strategic Partnership (PSP) continues expanding its membership with the addition of one of the most efficient and productive completions services companies in the oilfield service industry, ProPetro Services, as its 28th member. This addition highlights PSP’s dedication to continuing to build a coalition of partners invested in the long-term success of the entire Permian Basin region. The PSP’s goal is to strengthen and improve the quality of life for Permian Basin residents by partnering with federal, state, and local leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that foster superior schools, quality healthcare, safer roads, and a trained workforce.

“The addition of ProPetro to the PSP’s membership continues to emphasize our dedication to building a partnership deeply invested in and committed to the communities across the entire region,” said Tracee Bentley, President and CEO of the PSP. “With their deep roots in the Permian Basin and talented team, we are in a prime position to continue to create lasting positive impacts with initiatives that will continue to improve the overall quality of life for the communities throughout the region. We are thrilled to welcome ProPetro’s CEO, Sam Sledge, and his team.”

Since 2019, the PSP has remained dedicated to the Permian Basin. Through public-private partnerships, they have committed over $160 million in member company contributions, leveraging more than $1.5 billion in transformative investments. These efforts have profoundly impacted the region’s public schools, healthcare systems, road safety and infrastructure, and workforce development opportunities.

“We are excited to join the Permian Strategic Partnership and to work with Tracee, her team, and the other PSP members,” commented Sam Sledge, ProPetro’s CEO. “Given ProPetro’s history and ongoing significance in the Permian Basin, partnering with PSP to improve the lives of our employees and the broader Permian Basin community is consistent with who we are as a Company. With our over 2,000 employees working every day in the Permian area, we have a dynamic workforce that has been very engaged with our community. As we’ve stated in our ProEnergy – ProPeople – ProPetro Sustainability Report, we believe in improving human flourishing in the Permian and across the globe. Working with PSP and its other members is another way to further enhance our long-term objectives of making the Permian Basin a great place to work and live.”
