New Mexico government leaders received praise from a coalition of energy companies for millions of dollars in road improvements in Southeast New Mexico.

The Permian Strategic Partnership and Education Partnership of the Permian Basin are joining forces to present a superintendents’ summit with district chiefs from West Texas and Eastern New Mexico.

The PSP applauded the New Mexico Department of Transportation, the New Mexico Legislature and the governor for their commitment to improving road conditions and road safety in the Permian Basin through their work in this year’s legislative session to fund key transportation projects in the region.
