The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has unveiled its draft 2025 Unified Transportation Program (UTP) that charts the course for the next decade, with $3.9 billion in funding allocated for the Odessa District. The projects funded by the UTP will greatly benefit residential and commercial traffic, guaranteeing improved accessibility, travel experiences, and heightened road safety.
